It all started at a warehouse motorcycle party where within a few minutes of getting to know each other, it became apparent we shared the same zodiac sign (bonus points if you can guess what it is!), born within only a few days of each other.
We shared friend circles, which blossomed into girls nights, hiking adventures to find mystery suspension bridges, and dancing in bar basements until the late hours. Our passion for photography and art, as well as our separate life paths lead us to a NYE lunch where we decided to join forces.
Wild Hearts was created with the hope of delivering incredible captures and keepsakes of life’s special occasions. Every kind of love deserves to be celebrated and cherished and we’re here for it!

All about Kamelia
My love for photography was born when I picked up a camera and started shooting street photography as a hobby. This hobby quickly took over my entire life! Thankfully, combined with my editing and retouching skills, I was able to turn my passion into a career in event and wedding photography.
All the while, I have been a Journalism major, mom of 3 boys, have had 3 solo gallery shows of my work. So you could say I enjoy a bit of chaos. The images I love creating the most are the ones that capture real life moments.
Yes I am organized as hell when it comes to event photography, but balance that with heavy doses of standing back and just capturing the moment as it’s happening. I am big believer in wild hearts, and would love it if you let me capture yours!
All about Allyson
I have been surrounded by art supplies for as long as I can remember and have loved every second of it. My first camera fell into my hands in high school when I would photograph local bands which grew into a passion for documenting life’s moments. It amazed me how pressing a button can stop time, and why shooting candids is my jam! I have worked with many photographers around Chicago and NYC for almost a decade after high school and decided to take a break, furthering my career in graphic design.
When I’m not creating you can find me teaching yoga, going on road trips, and really up for anything. I love little details, good music, laughing, cherry coke, creative problem solving, and being a part of amazing things. I enjoy every part of this process from start to finish and I can’t wait to work alongside you to make your day even more special!
